LOCATION US
Our Chalets are located in Presalbert (1200 mt A.M.S.L.) a district of the village San Giacomo Filippo (Sondrio Province), 8 km away from the town of Chiavenna (20 mins by car), Orange Flag by Touring Club Italy.

USEFUL INFORMATION
To reach the chalets, you must travel the last kilometers on a mountain road (paved, hairpin and unlit in the evening). You will need to provide the license plate number in order to be able to provide you with a transit permit. The parking lot is on the side of the road and with a short walk of 5/7 minutes on a mountain path, you will arrive at your destination. We ask you to bring simple and resistant luggage to carry by hand (no trolley). In winter, in case of snow/ ice you will be accompanied by the staff on snowmobiles. We do not shuttle service.
The nearest supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops are in Chiavenna. We therefore suggest you buy your groceries before getting to the Chalets; please note that each building has its own kitchen.
