Our Chalets are located in Presalbert (1200 mt A.M.S.L.) a district of the village San Giacomo Filippo (Sondrio Province), 8 km away from the town of Chiavenna (20 mins by car), Orange Flag by Touring Club Italy.

You will be given all necessary information by e-mail during your booking procedure.
USEFUL INFORMATION
The last few Km of the road leading to the Chalets are private by the local Consortium and require a special permit we’ll provide you. The parking slots are along this road and with a 5 minutes’ walk on a path you will finally get to the Chalet. There might be snow/ice there in wintertime, in that case you’ll get a snowmobile transfer by our staff.
The nearest supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops are in Chiavenna. We therefore suggest you buy your groceries before getting to the Chalets; please note that each building has its own kitchen.
